This comprehensive anger management course provides a structured, trauma-informed approach to understanding anger as a meaningful signal rather than something to suppress or fear. The course includes 10 modules covering key areas such as understanding anger, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, stress, self-care, conflict resolution, and long-term maintenance. Each module includes educational content, reflection exercises, and practical strategies. Short quizzes are included throughout the course to support learning and reinforce key concepts. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the quiz at the end of each module to advance to the next section of the course. Upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The course is designed to be completed at your own pace and typically requires approximately 5 - 7 hours total (depending on reflection time and pace of learning).
